GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION CONTEST “Live your #veranoyria”
1. Organizing company
The organization of the promotional actions is promoted by Cervezas Yria S.L. , with registered office at Paseo de la Estación 21 Noblejas, Toledo (45350) with NIF: B-45865763 and email address yriadistribucion@cervezasyria.com
2. Date of validity
The validity date of the participation requests will be in force until August 25, 2017 at 00:00 (UTC + 1). User registrations after this date will not be able to enter the promotion.
3. Acceptance of the bases
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general rules and the specific rules of each promotional action. Recognition as a valid participant is subject to compliance with the requirements established in point number 4 of these general bases.
4. Participation requirements
Any person of legal age and resident in Spanish territory may participate in the promotion. Employees of the organizing company Cervezas Yria S.L. may not participate. Only the participation of those users who meet the participation requirements described will be considered valid.
5. Disqualifications and penalties
Cervezas Yria reserves the right to cancel or disqualify users who violate the rules of the promotion or to penalize if any participant has acted fraudulently.
At the same time, participants with comments whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be disqualified.
6. Mechanics of the contest
The contest will take place on Instagram. Each participant must complete all the steps detailed below. 1. Follow @cervezasyria 2. Comment by leaving the hashtag #veranoyria 3. Mention two friends
7. Prize
A single winner will be established. The prize will be a pack consisting of: a T-shirt, a pint glass, coasters and a couple of Yria brand beers.
8. Choice of winner
The selection mechanism for the winner of the contest is detailed in point 5. Cervezas Yria S.L. The winner will be contacted through a private message on Instagram, who will be asked for the personal data necessary to send the prize. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the next participant in the selected ranking will be contacted, who will have an additional 24 hours to communicate with the organizer. Upon submitting their personal data , users expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation rules.
9. Distribution of prizes
The winners accept that their personal data be transferred to the brand or partner company of each promotional action with the aim that the corresponding prizes are sent to them. The responsibility for the distribution, delivery, return or any other circumstance that affects the delivery of the prizes resides solely and exclusively with the collaborating brand.
10. Publication of the identity of the Winners
The winners accept that their name is published by the media that Cervezas Yria S.L. they deem appropriate, within a maximum period of 10 days following the end of the contest.
11. Extensions or suspensions
Cervezas Yrias reserves the right to regulate the extension or cancel the promotional contest.
12. Protection of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the personal data that Cervezas Yria S.L. (Hereinafter, “Cervezas Yria SL” voluntarily receives from the participants will be included in an automated file under the responsibility of Cervezas Yria SL domiciled at Paseo de la Estación 21 Noblejas, Toledo (45350). The data of the participants will be used by Cervezas Yria with the purpose of managing their participation in this promotion (contacting the winning participants and thus being able to carry out the awards ceremony). Carry out segmentation activities for purely strategic and business purposes, complete tax procedures, as well as send them information and commercial offers, both by ordinary and electronic means, about our products and services.Participation in this promotion is aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Promotional actions are governed by Spanish law. Cervezas Yria S.L. and the participants in the promotion, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the participant in the promotion for any controversy that may arise from the promotion.
